Here at Munnelly Group, we believe that the safety and well-being of our workforce should be central to both who we are and how we operate as a business.

Our people are the beating heart of our company, and it is vital that we do everything within our power to ensure their health and safety while on site or working in one of our group offices.

This is why I am proud to say that we are taking that commitment even further this week, with the launch of our new campaign: Working Safe, Thinking Smart.

This initiative is being rolled out across our UK offices and sites – placing a renewed focus on workplace health and safety with the intention to embed a new culture of care for our teams, whoever they may be and wherever they work.

Representing more than just a set of rules and reminders, this is about embedding a culture of care where everyone feels responsible, not only for their own safety, but also for the well-being of their colleagues around them.

By reinforcing this message and by putting people, safety, and smart thinking at the heart of everything we do, we are working towards our shared goal that every single one of us goes home safely at the end of each working day.

Personally, I am really excited by this renewed concentration on a subject which is close to my heart. Under the new strapline of Working Safe, Thinking Smart, we can make a real difference to the safety and well-being of our fantastic teams right across the UK.

The strapline is something which everyone can relate to and identify with, and is key to bringing the Munnelly Group workforce family together — a collaboration with everyone, from labourers on site right up to the CEO and his fellow board members. Everyone will have a voice.
