Weston Analytics is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Emery as Managing Director.
Tom takes on the role as the business continues to expand its position as a leading provider of SaaS, Managed IT and intelligent technology solutions for the construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Already established as a key innovation partner within the wider Munnelly Group, Weston Analytics is the technology capability behind platforms including Fatigue360, Worksite360, Access360, Enviro360 and ConstructAI—supporting safer, smarter and more connected ways of working across the built environment.
Weston Analytics utilises the latest technology and innovations to generate business value; its Fatigue360 platform was implemented at Transport for London in 2023, with TfL recently investing in additional user licences, while creative collaborations continue with industry innovators, such as TRUe, on next-generation geofencing, and digital signature features.
Under Tom’s leadership, the business will continue its focus on innovation, digital integration and scalable technologies that deliver measurable value for clients, and operational teams alike.
The company’s strong work in rail and IT consultancy continues, while there remains an ambition to spread that capability into other sectors.
His appointment also strengthens Weston Analytics’ role within Munnelly Group’s wider Target 2030 strategy, which places technology, sustainability, AI integration and long-term investment at the centre of future growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Tom Emery said: “I’m excited to join the business at such an important stage of its growth journey. There is a huge opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place and evolve our digital and analytics capabilities into something that creates value for clients and external partners whilst supporting the group internally. What excites me most is the combination of ambition and opportunity. My focus is to build scalable products and leverage my passion for data to improve operational visibility and create a more connected, insight-led way of operating across the business.”
Paul David Munnelly, CEO of Munnelly Group, said: “Our ambition at Munnelly Group is to be the delivery partner our clients turn to first across the full project lifecycle, and that depends as much on the technology and data we bring as it does on the people we put on the ground. Weston Analytics sits at the heart of that ambition. Tom’s appointment as MD reflects both the central role we expect the business to play in delivering Target2030 and the confidence I have in him personally to lead it through its next phase of growth.”
As Weston Analytics continues to evolve, the business remains focused on delivering intelligent, practical, and forward-thinking solutions that support safety, operational performance and digital transformation across the industry.
